Installments By Afterpay

Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments, both online and in-store. Installment options vary by store and can be used on orders over USD 50, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. You must be over the age of 18, reside in the US, and be paid in USD to use Shop Pay Installments. Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau. Note: To use Shop Pay Installments you need a US shipping address.

Shipping Information

You've done the research, you've picked the destination, and now you're here to take the final step in getting ready for your upcoming adventure. You might have to wait for days to pass before you set off on your trip, but you shouldn't have to wait for your gear. So if we have it in stock, we do our very best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

Standard ground shipping is always free to the US lower 48 states. Orders placed before 5 pm are processed the same day and you can expect to receive your products within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm are processed the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: Express Saver (3-Day) and 2-Day Shipping

Express saver and 2-day shipping options are also available an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout. For both express saver and 2-day shipping options, orders will be processed the same day if placed before 5 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the following business day.

Not all products are eligible for expedited shipping, and we cannot expedite shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

There are no weekend delivery options for any shipping method.

 

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If you need us to ship to an address outside the Continental United States, please email us with the products at info@whiteduckoutdoors.com and we'll provide you with your shipping options and costs.

Please note that you will be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery of your products. All orders must be paid in U.S. currency funds by credit card. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders by your bank.

 

Exceptions

Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and international orders, for which shipping costs will be added at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. For more information, reach out to our support team via email or chat.

 

 

Delivery:

Please ensure the address you provide at checkout is accurate. You'll receive an order confirmation email where you can verify your address again and if you need to make a change, you can get in touch with us.

Your order will be dispatched in 24 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays) to the shipping address you provide at checkout. There are no weekend delivery options for any shipping method. If you'd like to use your own shipping company to expedite your delivery, please get in touch with our team.

Please note that White Duck Outdoors will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or missing boxes if the packages are marked as delivered by the shipping agent. All orders are insured by the shipping agent.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking ID through email.
